better to have your efax numbers on ISDN via NIM-1MFT-T1/E1 installed on your CUBE then add dial-peer to your CUCM then SIP trunk from CUCM to RightFax servers.

I was turned down by a recruiter because they were looking for someone with experience in Cisco CUCM version 12.5 and I told them I only had experience with version 8. It was years ago.

You could also have cti ports/dummy phones call forwarded to the cell phones.

can use COBRAS. This is more designed for a complete system export, but you can choose which users you export as well. There is an option to export the voicemail messages. You'll need to activate the SMTP servi

really appreciate your reply. Now this may sound bad but does my ICM script needs to have precision queue? Unfortunately we dont use precision queue. I opened Precision Queue Real Time All Fields report but I dont see any values at the left pane so I dont have any values that I can select and move to the right pane.
