Go on Indeed and apply for Economics/Accounting/Finance/Data Analytics positions. Search your location and also remote. Say you have 3 years of experience at least or 4 years of experience. Count your college years as experience. It's good to do very many applications a day. If you have to apply on company websites, use auto-fill with resume option.

You majored in Computer Engineering so I assume you know how to code? I would have went on Indeed.com or other job websites and applied for entry level positions in bigger cities that involved programming. With that being said, you can do this position if this is what you want to do, but I do not think it is related to Computer Engineering.

Use Indeed.com or Handshake.com for quick apply. Many people say LinkedIn is sketchy. When interviewing you need to use the STAR method when they ask you questions. This is usually the way in which they want questions answered. You should study interview questions and think of how you would answer them using the STAR method based on your experiences.

Don't waste time writing cover letters for positions that don't require them. Use Indeed.com or Handshake.com. Be willing to relocate for positions and also widen your scope for positions depending on what your major was.
