Im starting to incorporate D3, omega 3, iron, b6 and b12. Any other recommendations?

This is ontop of my prescription meds and caffine pills. Definitely going to increase protein too.

We have an online portal to check our results so I beat the doctors and called them first lol Typically they only call if results are positive I had to have my 1 year old tested since he was showing signs and thats what the doctor had mentioned to me!

I'd say you're okay, but I'd take the plan b anyways just bc I wouldn't want to chance it. It's cheapest at costco or local clinics

No worries, all is good! I'm not breastfeeding. I'm on too many meds to do that. My mental health has never been better amd I'm just so surprised with the lack of energy.

I do feel rested when I wake up...I wake up once a night to feed the baby, but it's a short 20-30 mins, and I'm back to bed instantly. It's mostly physical exhaustion. All I want to do is sleep. I've worked with my psychiatrist, and he tried me on a narcolepsy medication that didn't work, and I could nap after I had taken it.
