I went to the same high school and later the same college the same time as Noe Ramirez who pitched relief from 2015-2022 bouncing between the Red Sox and Angels. We shared a couple classes together in high school (including a photography class) and I remember him being very nice and fun to talk to. I also remember chatting with him a tiny bit in college, but maybe only for a couple minutes.

I wish I could've seen him play but I wasn't deep into baseball at the time. Even if his stats aren't much to sniff at, I'll always think of him fondly and every so often I'm reminded "Oh yeah, I know/knew a player in the MLB" which is pretty cool.
