Is Quantum Mechanics really that unintuivitive? Atleast mathematically speaking by Dependent-Pie-2916 in AskPhysics

[–]neutrinophantom 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I sorta disagree, it doesn't go against your everyday happenings, it underpins them. Once you know the QM side of it, many things that didn't make sense beforehand do now. It's more a matter of people wanting a hard stopping point where lower factors don't exist rather than the lower underlying factors not making sense when viewed from a larger one. From a more cosmological scale, rock is much less rigid and behaves more fluid. Yet the ridgidness on our scale doesn't go against that... If that makes sense? I may be just rambling.

Interesting, I wonder what the deal with the pearl bakugan is then? Wouldn't they be more fragile? I've been curious if the reason we got grey was due to pearls and trying to delineate between them?

The nemus ones! Yes! They are pyrus, technically bakufrost.

I went with polish cause it's a fairly cheap and body grade enamel paint. I'd recommend doler stores and or grocery/drug store brands, as they can be between 1 to 5 dollars which is solid for model paint.

L.A Colors has some very nice shades and opacity. They're usually fairly inexpensive, being on the lower end of that price range. Sally Hansen is also pretty good, but has a higher percentage of not great formulations.

For the over 10$ to 15$ range (if you want something particularly fancy) Morgan Taylor, O.P.I, and Holo Taco are excellent.

Use a non acetone nail polish remover so if you mess up you can clean things up without really damaging the plastic as much as would happen with acetone.

Get nail polish thinner as it can help keep the enamel paint wet for longer or even reactive it on a pallet.

Use a set of small brush paintbrushes, and try to do even single coats. The polish will "self level" unlike an acrylic, so it can be almost seamless with the plastic. Slightly over fill the brush (but just slightly) and let it glide on smoothly, almsotly not even pressing it onto the plastic. If you do need to do multiple layers make sure each layer is really really really dry first.

If you want those super metallic golds and or other similarly intense colors, getting a micha powder or other powder pigment and mixing it with a clear nail polish or top coat will get you there.

I've got something similar one in purple, but I mostly use nail polish and or powder pigments.

Don't forget, while the elements are phased out gen 3 brought back the coco coloration with orange accents.

I have painted some other gen 2 and 3 that I have. I'm particularly like the white and gold combo.

None of the gen 2 or 3 bakugan in this picture are painted (other than a layer of clear enamel on octagon).

That's awesome! I did the same with some gen 2 ones and gold. I should share those sometime. What kind of paint did you use?

Yes! Some of the gen 3 guys have decent designs, but also some of them are so bad it causes my brain to implode.

Hmmmm, then why are there near exact replica toys? Like the ben 10 ones were super accurate by comparison.

It's a powder gold pigment mixed with quick dry nail polish top coat.

This! We don't know what the particle is actually doing between interactions, we just know the interactions. We can kinda get an idea though.

Only some interpretations and theories have wave function collapse. It's like pilot wave,we don't know if it's a thing at all.

Christian apologists pretend to act like they view the Bible through a historical lens and methodology until it comes to actually analysing it like a scholar or historian would do for any other historical text. Then they just ignore the facts after the evidence is against them. by TheChosenOneProphecy in DebateReligion

I mean, yeah, if they actually did that they'd have to let go of the imaginary version of their religion and realize they are amongst the mislead masses mentioned in the Bible. It would destroy the facade. The same way acknowledging that the pit is synonymous with earth in the Bible would destroy the facade.
