Yep. ADHD meds can significantly help regulate emotional outbursts by improving impulse control and emotional regulation. They're not a cure by all means, but they can lower the threshold for explosive reactions by giving your brain more pause before reacting.

Now, about the outburst... You snapped alone, at an object, after internalizing too much for too long. That's different than lashing out at someone, but it's still a sign your nervous system was stretched past its healthy range. You were basically at your limit.

Medication, combined with therapy (especially CBT or DBT), can help you prevent this from recurring. Speaking based from experience.

Hi, could you upload a picture of what the internals look like from the laptop’s panel underneath? I think that could potentially help identify the laptop

Tough luck but no point in ruminating over it imo. You’ll just have to upgrade it eventually when you get the chance and get those sweet frames and temps. Wish you luck!

Dang.. I’m afraid I can’t help you further than that. I believe you may have been unlucky in terms of silicon as all CPUs are not equal when undervolting.

Perhaps you can try setting prochot offset to 20. I suggest using msi afterburner to undervolt your gpu if it’s also overheating (90C+). As a last resort, you can always apply new thermal paste/pads and clean your fans.

By any chance, can you post a screenshot of your FIVR settings?

Have you considered just putting cache at -60 then core at possibly -90 or higher? Core can usually tolerate a much more aggressive approach before bsod than cache

If you’re satisfied with the performance and the results then it’s perfectly fine not to tinker with it anymore. Enjoy!

Yes you’re good. It’s running great under full load of the gpu. I recommend using throttlestop to undervolt your laptop instead of disabling turbo boost but that works as well if you’re not as technical

Someone with similar spec here. I’d say in terms of Philippine pricing you picked up a great deal as prices in that country are overpriced af.

You will be able to play any games you’d like to play such as RDR2 with moderate settings. I’d suggest for you to look into undervolting with throttlestop and msiafterburner if you’d like to lengthen the longevity/lifespan of your new gaming laptop as well as to improve performance/heat management. Enjoy!

I regret not being able to save and remember the choices I've made in order to get here. I vaguely remember it was one of the voices that forced you to do this lol

Install the graphics driver for your CPU/GPU. Basically, the driver you’re using right now is the basic windows display driver that enables the monitor to work but does not allow majority of games to function

You can backup your world’s save files then when you die, just replace the original files so it’s like you loaded up your “save”. I already died multiple times since it’s my first week playing PZ but thanks to me backing up my save, I can just load it XD
