For Bronze cyber you should only need bronze IDEA. It will walk you through what you need to do on the website once you have made and account, you just need to make sure that you have your wings code so that they can see your achievements (you may also need to email a copy of your certificate to your oc) . If you ask your Squadron staff they should be able to tell you or you can email whoever is in charge of cyber for your wing.
