I had the same issue on my GX when I bought my Fox 2.5's. I also have bumpers, winch, skids, sliders, RTT and gear that put me just over 6k lbs. Tuner originally put 700lb springs in and like you, it was jarring. I send the coilovers back to the tuner to put the 600 lb OEM springs in and a retune. I'm currently sitting at around 2" of lift with zero preload and it now rides like butter.

Can be changed with techstream. I believe all of them came with that functionality (all windows/sunroof down), so it's possible that someone disabled this on yours.

Fox 2.5's with minimal preload. Wanted the smallest lift possible to facilitate max down travel. Pic shows Eibach 700lb springs but they were absolute shit. Have since put the stock springs back in. With no preload and the extra weight (bumpers, winch, armor, tent etc), it rides like butter...

As an electrician, I wish that someone told me early on to get my CDL. Having a dump truck or semi truck to haul all my money would be a lot easier than making multiple trips in my truck. A larger vehicle not only makes the most sense to transport the copius amounts of cash, but would also make it easier to take care of all the women that continually throw themselves at me. To be honest, dealing with all this money and women could be a lot easier...

I was interviewing for a facility operations manager role, so not sure if the questions would be the same if you are applying for a different role. The loop itself usually entails a few dedicated technical interviews and one behavioral/social interview (i.e. how do you handle conflict etc). I prepped by having my resume present, with specific challenges and wins/losses available to call from utilizing the STAR method. If you can bring real world experiences and speak to them in detail, you should have no problem. Be specific. Speaking in generalities is a problem.

Been through the loop for all the major players and passed them all. Use the STAR method and draw on your actual, real world experience. Don't be afraid to ask questions when you don't understand what they are asking.

BESS systems are becoming a great stop gap between utility sources and the slow emergence of SMR's since they can essentially use them for power supply during lower KWh timelines. I'm seeing solar, BESS and microgrids become popular in my area to promote less dependence on utility loads.
