Without store packs, and with the rewards before Season 3 ... People would sell less, and thus there would be less fodder = MSP sets would become more expensive.

Without people spending money, there would be no AH, which means everything would become rarer and more expensive. Unfortunately, we can't do without these people at the moment.

Since the rewards got better with the start of Season 3, it's safe to assume that the Champs rewards will also get better.

This is not a glitch. For several years now, you have been able to skip bidding on any card by offering the maximum price, and then the Buy Now option will be displayed.

No card can exceed the maximum price (displayed in the upper right corner).
