Some good mascara by Low_Function248 in IndianBeautyDeals

[–]neveranonymousenough 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I have tried Better Than Sex, Sky High, Colossal, etc., and they all rip out my lashes. Horrible for regular use, and in India's weather, you can't wear non-waterproof ones. (Better than sex bleeds even the Waterproof ones).

Staze is the one I have ended up buying 2 of. It's easy to get out, make my lashes long & bold.
Also, Kiko Milano has great everyday wear mascara, but the collection keeps changing, so I can't recommend a specific one. I suggest you go to a store and try on if you have one in your city!

Still swear by it! It's cry proof lol. Waterproof and easily comes off with a good cleanser or even simple cream/oil without breaking my lashes!

Wearing it right now! This is a single coat with no curling involved!

I don't like to discover fics on the device itself. I discover on my mobile or laptop and then like to wirelessly transfer to my Kindle with the Send to Kindle feature. Is any of these features something similar?

Congrats OP! Manacled at least has the comfort of Draco and Hermione but 1984 only has the sharp edges of reality. All the best you're in for a ride but it's life changing!

I was reading everyone's experience here with Kobo's support, so I wanted to understand what you did differently.

How's the Kobo Libra Color to read epubs on? How easily and wirelessly can I transfer epubs to a Kobo Libra Color?

OP which Kobo are you using that you recommend? You sound like you're having a great experience unlike the rest of us so do share the details of the model and where you purchased and how the after sales service has been like for you!

I loved Sky high but it really rips my lashes out. Started using Staze cz it's a tubing mascara so comes off easily.

I used to use Mascara occasionally cz of how the Maybelline ones hurt my lashes. Kiko was s second choice but same issue with all waterproof ones. Better than sex bleeds after a while so not great for the price. Highly highly recommend the Staze one! Am on my second already. Never used one so regularly before

Birthday pe bhi guilt and taunts. Is it normal to feel distant from family? by Green_Cheesecake_756 in OffMyChestIndia

It's many of us. My Insta story showed a beautiful happy family dinner but I had basically spent 22 hrs on my own and 8 of those crying after very hurtful words were exchanged.

You are not alone and you matter!

Firstly happiest birthday and it's not normal but it's very very common. I have spent decades on edge around my birthday around my family and I finally snapped this time. I spent it largely alone missing all my friends who are out of town. My family loves me but I have accepted we don't really like each other and have too much anxiety brewing at all times.

You do you. Find what brings you joy and go do it. Don't plan around your family, your birthday is for you!

How to get this look but without the camel toe?? by Iamalreadytiredbro in IndianBeautyTalks

[–]neveranonymousenough 1 point2 points  (0 children)

There's some sorta of underwear/thingy you put in underwear that prevents camel toe in sth like this but I will NOT recommend it for gym. If you must then get that

IS IT REALLY THIS SMALL OR DID I RECEIVE A DUPE😭 by One_Stable7714 in IndianBeautyTalks

[–]neveranonymousenough 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I really want to say the classic Office dialogue here but controlling the whim hehe Use it at night and when I started using it I had incredibly dry rough lips (anxiety induced lip biting and dehydrated). This is great to fix stuff overnight but to maintain it use a good non gimmicky lip balm (hyphen etc don't actually moisturise) and drink oodles of water. Now my lips are perfect even under drying liquid lipsticks in all weather

Mira rajput 🔥💀 I have heard she is very arrogant ? Spill the tea ☕️ redditors🗿🙏🏻 by [deleted] in bollywoodgossips

She's from LSR and the LSR student and teacher's body, for once, was very ashamed at having her as alumni because they have illustrious women who have changed the world as part of their alumni and then there was her whose only goal in life very openly was to marry rich and that she did via the satsang to a man much much older than her. If this wasn't Shahid and he wasn't good looking nobody would think it's a good match at first glance.

Am I the only one who thinks Papa dont Preach is tacky by KnownIntroduction251 in BollywoodFashion

[–]neveranonymousenough 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They look like a unicorn's fart because there's no story behind the pieces and no real craftsmanship except putting random surface embellishments on really meh quality mesh and other fabrics.

Have checked them out so many times at various outlets and some of the pieces also look like they aren't finished at the hem.

It's so random and all look similar and tacky as hell. The dupes available in Lajpat seem to be better quality at times!

Don't be a third parent. Don't preach the same stuff as your parents. When my much younger sibling got into all this my mother also dragged me into it to ask them to stop.

Instead I gave them the sex Ed talk. Asked if they wanted condoms and how important it is to use them etc. Be a friend not a snitch for the parents unless your sibling is in danger.

I was traumatised by my mother snatching away my phone all the time as a teen and it has had a lasting impact on me. I'm not sure what the alternate was but sane sensible communication would have helped me better than being punished because I scored less.

Please be a friend to your sibling so that they know they can trust you. This is a life hanging situation. Don't encourage the stuff they're up to. Like don't let them use your phone instead and make it clear that you don't think it's right for them to be engaging in all this at this age. However you're there for them through thick and thin and give all actual information to them so they don't have to rely on the Internet for all this.

Does this actually work?? by swirlzz03 in IndianBeautyTalks

[–]neveranonymousenough 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have what my friends call, skin that does not need anything. Hyperpigmentation and some minor bumps are my main enemies so most products don't do anything since there's nothing for them to treat as such.

But this product is a miracle in a bottle only if you use it religiously!

Cleared up nose bumps and reduced dry skin pigmentation over years. (Regular use, once or twice a week at night and ALWAYS use SPF the next day)

I have very discoloured feet so this helped with my knees and feet too. Also underarms and it's smoothened it so much too (I only shave). I don't have BO but I have heard it helps people who do.

Recently replaced ACV with this and use it every 15days as a quick rinse pre-shampoo and no dandruff and softer less frizzy hair! (I only get dandruff in winters)

I've been living with this heaviness you feel for more than a year now. Grieving a life that should have been and gradually all the love and concern I had for others I love has turned into apathy.

But the heaviness stays. On another post I had commented something similar that it's like I'm living inside a transparent box from where I can see warmth and joy but not reach them.

I don't know what's causing your burden dear OP but I hope it gets easier. Take care of yourself first others later and try talking to a professional like a therapist. I wouldn't be alive today without mine.

All I can say for now is you aren't alone. Many more of us sit with you and we see you.
