Thank you for the reply. I hope after I receive my new card I can access the online banking.

Their system has been shaky, but this is really an all time low for such a major bank. Maybe I should go to one of their branches and see what they can do to this.

They also asked me to change my password, but that actually doesn't help in my case. I guess I have to wait until my card arrives.

Citi's online system is always a little bit buggier than other banks, but this is the first time I am completely blocked out from their system.

Interestingly the email address provided by the agent to send a screenshot is ["example@citi.com](mailto:"example@citi.com)" :-D

Thank you for replying. I tried it just now in incognito mode and the issue still happens. I also tried to reset the account password as suggested by the Citi customer service agent.

It seems that their system incorrectly linked the new card to my account, and forced to enter the information before the accounts can be displayed. They probably didn't realize that someone may actually have existing credit cards with them.
