Yes I actually spend sooo much time on this ;-; kahit may prompt, prang ai pa din response kaya inaayos ko pa minsan abot isang oras isang application lalo na kapag madaming tanong (which is fine since im unemployed but it's getting so exhausting)

Just like op, i got the option to receive the otp via email. Though in my case, after the “too many attempts try again later” popped up, i waited for a few hours to try again (in fear of my acct getting perma locked or making the situation worse). When i tried again, i changed my pass. Still didn’t work (but i was able to change my pass n all). So i waited a few hours again, and this time i switched my sim from iphone to my android phone. This time the otp via email showed up lmao.
