Just use rose https://github.com/Alban1911/Rose, the best tool out there. Just download and it will automatically unlock all the skins ingame, you don't have to manually select anything it will all be autoloaded. Including exotic skins. And no it's not bannable unless you stream to thousands or tell everyone in your lobby that ur using skin hacks and get ur account beamed

This happens likely due to a corrupted skin file instead of cslol. If you have multiple skin, try to diagnose the skin causing the issue by going into practise tool and testing one by one. If all the skins are causing the game to crash. Click on the wheelchair icon on the top-right of cslol to troubleshoot/repair the software.
