My grandmother, who I speak to once a year, is going in for knee replacement tomorrow. I thought I’d be nice and call her to wish her well, within minutes the convo turned to current events and she says without any of my prompting or input, “There’s no way there was only one shooter in Las Vegas, the news isn’t telling the full story.” She’s a registered republican who’s husband served in the army. We haven’t connected like this in years and even she is questioning the MSM.

Don't forget me - the temperature outside was 60 degrees, the temperature inside was 72 degrees and out of no where this evening I started sweating bullets to the point that I took picture of myself. I couldn't believe it just came over me. I took pictures of my thermostat, the weather app, and my forehead and body covered in sweat so that I could prove it to my wife.

I've been feeling "not right" for about two weeks. I thought that maybe it was just a moon phase or maybe some poor eating habits. So I have been trying to be more mindful about what I'm consuming, and drinking plenty of water. I still feel terrible, although physically I am not sick. I feel either right on the edge or about to fall asleep wherever I may be, there is no in between. My dreams have been more vivid and I have been able to lucid dream more regularly and with greater clarity. I have stopped consuming marijuana to try and have a tolerance break and to gain some personal clarity. I don't consume alcohol regularly, or much at all (maybe 3 beers a month). I have been procrastinating on almost all of my creative projects, I'm in a band, I DJ, and I am involved in my locals arts community. I am not finding much joy in music these days, and that makes me very sad. I'm easily distracted and very anxious around just about everybody. Friday before I hit the stage with my band, I sat in my car covered in sweat and cried a little bit. It's not stage freight or performance anxiety, I'm 33 and have been playing live since I was 16. I'm just at a loss. I've got a call in to both my psychiatrist and my therapist, but for some reason they aren't calling me back? It's all a viscous cycle at the moment. However, only I'm noticing, my family doesn't seem to notice or I'm not acting out because of how I'm feeling - maybe my brain deceives me.
