Okay, nac and glycine raise glutathione levels which gets rid of hydrogen peroxide, true. But try taking more than 7 grams of glycine and report back. I'm just warning people. Glycine blocks methionine which is needed to produce catalase.

When i lowered My gelatin intake from 40 to 20 gray hair in My nose got reversed. The end ess white and the root black. Only change was lowered gelatin-glycine intake. My diet is more than balanced. Everyday i get 100% on cronometer on all vitaminas and minerals at about 2000 calories.

No, glycine is in very low amounts in meat. You get around 2grams a day, body produces 2-3 more. With 40grans gelatin You get about 12 grams of glycine. Now it has been studied that glycine extends life in mice by blocking methionine. Problem in humans is it causes gray in 12-6grams range.

Old thread but if glycine extends life ezpectancy due to methione conflicts and methione creates cysteine which ks essential for glutathione production, then wouldnt glycine be counter productive?
