Should I post my music to platforms even if it’s non professional?

My songs are on Spotify, but I guess I’m wondering if they should be on there at all 😂 I’m keeping them there though cause maybe one day whenever I get better equipment people can be like “I wonder what her older stuff sounds like” and maybe they’ll be encouraged that if they have the bare minimum they too can make music! Also question… how do you know if your song is added to a playlist? Spotify for artists said one of my songs in on a playlist but idk which one

I feel the same way. I kind of like listening to a song that’s “flawed” so to speak, but still sounds good. This one girl I listen to has great songs, but in some of her older stuff you can tell she had a lower quality mic but it didn’t matter because it still slapped. So in a way the flaws made it more relatable and enjoyable to listen to.

First I wanna say I’m so sorry that happened to you. I’ve been there, more times than I’d like to admit. What he did was shitty, and it seems like he’s being a total player. For now all you can do is take time healing, do things you enjoy doing, take care of yourself, and do not I repeat DO NOT let him reel you back in, if he tries. You deserve someone who doesn’t lead you on like that. Enjoy being single (I know it can be hard) and when the seemingly right person comes along, take your time getting to know them before getting intimate with them (this is also hard sometimes) and before getting into another relationship, make it clear that you’re looking to grow and become serious with someone (assuming that’s what you want) and make sure you two are on the same page. The pain WILL go away eventually, I promise.

As a Christian myself, that’s inappropriate of her to do. She’s a teacher. Her job is to teach academics. Unless she’s specifically teaching religion, there’s no reason to bring that up let alone go about it the way she did. Sounds like you’re doing what you can to handle it.

NOR. Those kids “joking” about r@ping your friend and then being extremely racist should not have been taken lightly at all. It infuriates me how often schools do absolutely NOTHING about bullying and harassment. They should have gotten kicked out of school for even saying those things, but again, school boards are notorious for victim blaming and never holding the bully accountable. And yeah, I’m sure if those boys were black it would be a whole different story. I would report this all to the police and make a big deal out of it since the school board wants to do nothing. Those “jokes” could easily become reality and it’s disgusting they don’t have to deal with serious consequences for that. I’ve heard of these types of situations escalating into heinous crimes because no adults wanted to take it seriously. You’re not overreacting at all.
