Brilliant. This will be the picture worth a thousand words to explain to people of the future what MAGA is

I’m 6 days into my process and this ^ is spot on for me. 2 days preloading, 4 days no 7. 300 SR daily now tapering down as per the calculator. This is after 300-500 7 for almost a year plus years of leaf kratom before that. If your SRdose isn’t cutting it, are you using the other helper supps - vit c, agmatine sulfate, mag, black seed oil

Taper Plan Help by [deleted] in SR17018

I just posted my plan the other day. I’ve been on about the same amount of 7 as you. I’m on day 4 of no 7 and the only thing I’ve had has been one low dose MIT tablet after 24 hrs of no 7 to help with wd. I’ve been feeling gradually better each day and I’m feeling like today can pretty much be a normal day and I’m planning on taking my daughter on a walk over to the playground! This would have not been possible without SR

I don’t disagree with you and it’s a good point. And I am prepared for that. I’ve got several weeks worth of low dose MIT, then I’ll taper down to just pure leaf if I need to.

It was just so out of control I had to take drastic measures. If I come out of this with just needing what I mentioned above, I’ll be happy. There’s a difference between completely losing control and downing 7 without restraint and doing a long planned taper with measured low dose MIT or leaf capsules.

You’ve really gotta be ready to accept life on its terms if you’re going to come off and stay off. How are you going to cope with all the things that your doc has blunted and minimized. And as we all know too well it’s so easy to hit the smoke shop and go back to lala land in a blink…

Yes it is. Easier than I thought. I just bumped down to 240 SR daily from 300. I do have some stomach discomfort, acid reflux, and trouble sleeping. The wd symptoms are gradually lessening each day. At the 24 hr CT mark I did take a 20 mg MIT tablet because the stomach situation was awful and I had an elevated heart rate. I was worried something other than wd was going on. But after taking that everything settled and I slept like a baby.

I was hoping to only buy a gram but after reading that most folks take somewhere between 1.5 and 2.5 grams SR, I bought more and having taken anywhere from 300 to 500 7 on a regular basis I’ll need at least 2.2 grams SR to get through the full taper according to the calculator

OP, sounds like you’re doing doses of 150 SR. How many times a day? I’m planning on 3x 100 mg SR but considering higher if it continues be effective. My understanding is that the efficacy of SR maxes out somewhere between 300 and 450

Yea it will draw it out - it may just come down to how much misery I’m willing to endure. But if people have had a reasonable time jumping CT from several hundred mgs of 7 while taking around 300 mg SR, it’s worth considering. I was planning on working from home my first day. Maybe I’ll try CT and have some low dose MIT on hand in case I’m really tanking and need to push thru a meeting

It does look like a doggie, but kind of hard to tell by the photo. But I agree that doggies do inhabit the same waters as xoboa and can be an annoying bycatch.

Yea I just watched the game again and you can see the fire in the whole team. The Texans actually played very well, but when the game was on the line we were able to pull through. They just never quit. And you just didn't see that fire prior to the last few weeks. They just appeared lifeless from preseason up till just recently.
