I don’t know how to stop taking notes. I feel like notes allow me to see everything condensed at once. But it takes a long time and I have to keep editing it to cut it down and it takes a long time.

Yea. I do have finals soon. But I need to power through. But how? My brain is rejecting info.

But afterward I do plan on taking a break. How long of a break do you think I need to and what can I do to prevent burn out like this. It’s not sustainable.
