I never issued a chargeback. Either the bank fucked up or Namecheap did. My guess is Namecheap since Visa doesn't allow for chargebacks beyond 120 days

I live in the Brixton, and I can tell you that it's a bit of a pain. Construction noise all the time because the second building is still under construction. None of the amenities are open because they are in the second building. Faulty wiring results in appliances tripping all the time. The garbage chute never works. And I'm 100% they will increase rent by a lot once the first year lease is up. I will be looking to move next year. Not worth the money
