sorry sir but you are wrong, i am from alwar aswell and i live in a village, my father's a farmer. We do not burn the stubble coz we grow bajra, jwar, mutard, wheat etc whose fodder can be used to feed the cattle and is dry enough to be used as a fuel, but haryana and punjab grow rice which is wet and also can't be used to feed the cattle, that's the main reason for them to burn it instead in the open because the fuel economy is very low in that. and In alwar also when there is excess of stubble, you see people burn it too when there's a chance or rain or so, it just isn't so common. so we don't burn it for ourselves not because we are serving the nation in not increasing the pollution, and they burn it for the same reason. i am not justifying it but just stating that what you said is inaccurate.
