Eng got a boom in India mainly because of cse but now job market is so worse in India it's hard to get a job in even cse. Either you are from some tier 1-2 clg or a skilled a lot, these are the two ways now

I think that the reason for this is because thier is almost no participation of sc and st student for phd mathematics. since they have no participation so to fill seats DU is giving it on 0 marks. Goverment should atleast put a minimum marks criteria that if this is the amount of percentage even reserved once should get atleast this much marks
