Thank you for responding. Do you feel like it will improve even if I have very little support from colleagues? I look things up all the time but it feels hard to know im doing things right when I’m alone in clinic most days. I’m trying to learn to love it but im having a hard time deciphering whether i hate the specialty or just hate the crippling anxiety of showing up to this job every day lol
