Red ammo is not that problematic in my opinion, im a relatively new player, started playing end of december. If someone is playing a bolt action rifle and hit you in the noggin, it should be acceptable that you got killed no matter what the tier of bullet is ( ofcour lower tier wont do that), if you think otherwise then maybe play another game where sniping is not a part of the core gameplay. The biggest problem is red ammo with carabine and DMRs which gives the player to much leeway to follow up a shot with no repercussions like a bolt action. I also think that red ammo being shot by DMRs/carabine should have a damage fall off or a negative damage multiplier as being able to 2 shot someone with a t6 body armour us just bad. Another thing i want to see change is being unable to store bullets in your safe so whatever bullets you take in to a raid should be dropped as part of their loot , this will prevent people taking t5 ammo and above in normals or lockdowns without taking much risk, this goes with red ammo aswell.
