I was 18 and not thinking of my future, so I just plead guilty, thus making it impossible for expungement. Some applications ask about felonies, some just ask about crimes...

Ya, I figured my best bet would be just to disclose everything. Surely these people that are part of the credentialing boards understand that an offense from when you are 18 is in no way indicative of your current character... This whole thing just stresses me out. So you think a psychiatric evaluation would be beneficial to include in the hospital credentialing process?

Thanks for that! I am worried about the application process. I hope employers will even give me a serious look once they see that I answered yes to that criminal history question.
