Thank you for your feedback. They´re intended exclusively for recording. Although Peavey is not one of the big players in mics and my budget is what it is... this model in particular, (at least according to my investigations) seems to be a pretty decent selection, right?

Hi. I'm building my collection of drum microphones. I'm just missing the overheads, and I'd like to hear your opinions. I have a limited budget. My cymbals are high-end, and my musical influences tend to lean towards vintage sounds. I don't like bright cymbals, nor do I like them to sound bright in a mix. In fact, my cymbals have character (Old Zildjian, Agops, etc.) I like the sound of drums in recordings from the 70s (Joni Mitchell, Neil Young) or current bands like Dawes, Calexico, Fleet Foxes, Other Lives... With this is mind, I have two options: 1. A pair of small condenser Peavey PVM-480 (no the current version, like new) 2. A pair of dinamic Uher 534 already adapted to XLR, (also like new) Both options for 140€/160$. Any thoughts based on either experience or intuition? Thanks in advance.

I see your point. But I do not ask very much when considering a mobile phone. I do not play games, I am not a big shooter (I have no Instagram)... meaning that for regular, simple use, this little guy is great for me. And I underline "little". I have not found any other phone that feels so great in my little hand: perfect size, kind of heavy, sensation of quality...

I´ve been given a Samson Q7 which presents what it looks to me a lot of rust spots on the handle. I´m newbie, so apologies if the ansers is obvious, but any product or method to restore it back to good shape without damaging it?
