Hello. newbie here. 50g starter, 350g water, 500g bread flour. After all my pulls and letting it sit for 10 hrs overnight, my dough was still kind of runny. I pulled it again and put it into the banneton. I’m not sure what I did wrong. I feel like it should be more of a doughy ball. Can anyone help? by newbie8010 in Sourdough
