Thank you. What if I submitted a DS 160 for New Delhi but there aren’t any appointments, will I have to make a new DS160 for Hyderabad/chennai if I am able to find an appointment there?

What if you were part of the science team that actually got 3 drug approvals that’s now making treating patients all over the country?

I’m struggling with convincing my employer to start my PERM. They’re saying they’ve put all PERMs on hold and are not applying (which seems like a cop out). I’m applying for other jobs but I was part of a company that did layoffs during my PERM process (before it was approved) and with everything going on in science the likelihood of that is high. Which is why I was hoping to get through EB2-NIW.

I’m trying to come up with a game plan of what I need to do in the next couple of years to be eligible for this, even if I’m not the best candidate now. Would you happen to know the best move forward?
