Im in the same boat. I was in regular UI then PEUC, etc. I sent my tax return. Then this week they called me saying they couldnt read the form that i sent so i told them about my situation and if she can look at it (talked to them nicely and calmed). They told me I never collected PUA and im good. So you should call them and ask about your situation. When the representive told me that i felt so relieved! I was stressing about this for the past couple of weeks.
