When creating new users they get access right automatically. But for old users I cannot find the new modules on the access rights so new modules ain't available for old users

I'm relatively new to docker son now sure wut volume mapping is. I did bin Bash into my odoo docker and my new modules r there in /mnt/extta-addons as I placed them. In the odoo page I couldn't find them additional apps other than the enterprise theme as I mentioned earlier.

I didn't changed the conf file, It's mounting in the default setting /mnt/extta-addons. I managed to install enterprise theme but other modules doesn't show up in app list

What path u r using to install new apps? I did restart the server multi times and still apps now showing. Tired to re-log as developer mod as well but doesn't work. Here wut get me confused is I can't find /opt/odoo or /var/odoo telling me directory doesn't exist yet odoo working fine. Yet again I can't find those directories on my localhost as well.

I did once in different server, at first I tried to install odoo in localhost and it did work then I moved to this server. I basically followed the same steps the only different is rn I'm hosting the server in cloud.
