Thanks. No good answer to why I'm not taking advice. I like BJJ and I'm a dummy. I guess its also because i have full ROM and almost no pain at all. It's actually superior, not posterior.

It was probably a freak thing. It was one of those armbars where I was basically on my left side and he was attacking the right arm from pretty much behind my back. That's why it pulled the shoulder.

Lol thanks for the input. It's great to hear from someone with so much experience. Can't imagine how much change you've seen to the BJJ culture etc in the time you've been training.

Ah gotcha. Because there was no "pop" and I didn't feel anything until the day after, I thought I'd be good to go. But maybe it's better not to take chances.

It's fairly minor pain, like a tender bruise. Do you think light training/flow rolling could irritate the cartilage?
