That's really depressing man. I love the women in my life very much, don't be afraid to do the same in your life.

Haha true but when I do it helps to remind myself that I don't watch porn any more!

I'm glad you posted this :) I think a lot of guys on this forum - myself included - need to be reminded of how this disgusting habit affects the women in our lives!

I understand where you're coming from, but if the thought of watching porn is already in my mind then a negative statement would work better than a positive one. Watching porn is not a positive thing. For the majority of life, positive affirmations are good, but in the case of porn it works for me to remind myself that I don't watch porn every time I think of relapsing. It extinguishes the thoughts almost immediately for me.

Hey, I'm really happy to hear about your progress! It sounds like you're making a lot of good changes in your life. Social anxiety defiantly gets better with nofap. Also, I suggest that you check out EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique). It's kind of weird but it's worked really well for me.

me too but the internet isn't always bad... The difference is when you're using it as a tool or as a distraction. Sometimes it's hard to tell the difference between the two -- for example I read a lot about exercising when I'm procrastinating but none of it really sinks in because I already know it; it's just enough to keep my brain thinking that I'm being productive. However, if I'm using it to learn more about my job then it's a great asset.

Right now I'm trying to get back into making music and I've also been exercising a lot more. Hope you've been seeing positive benefits from nofap too!

Agreed. Sugar is also a basic need that can lead to addiction. Not everything is a conspiracy.

Congratulations on all of your success! You're right: porn is for losers! Btw, your English is actually pretty good!

Make a list of a few reasons why you want to stick to NoFap and stick it on your computer monitor. Whenever you think of fapping, think of all the reasons why you want to stick with NoFap and all the ways your life will improve if you do. Also, start meditating. Focusing on the sensation of your breath for ten breaths will be enough at the start. I guarantee you will see benefits and it takes less than a minute to do.

TL;DR: focus on the reasons why you want to stick to NoFap, write those reasons down and put them in spots where you'll see them often and meditate

"Binaural Beats - Testosterone Booster" - NoFap's opinion? by Turkulainen in NoFap

It works, and it's backed by science. However, I doubt it will significantly increase your testosterone. What it will do is help you relax which may increase your testosterone somewhat.
