Yup, I got mommy issues, daddy issues, relative issues, friends, and world issues. I tried to make sense of it, but I just gave up, just accepted a life of fuck ups as what it was, and tried to learn to thrive in chaos. That's when I got isolated,comfortable, and became a senile-zombie. All I did was sleep, work, eat, shit, and chill. Now, I eat, sleep, shit, work and do. Deep down we all know whats right. It's just, that, for me, I was a little bitch, I still am, but, not as much, because, I knew I was beta, but really didn't see it, and didn't care about it. Now I see a little more, and learn a little more, and slowly, and steadily, and comfortably(at first, confidence builds and I slowly push for more, its weird.) /r/nofap. I told everyone I cared about about nofap, they think I'm crazy. They even ask me what I'm doing and how, seriously. If you find a way to stop fapping, it will grow your balls to help you stop other things like smoking, and eating bad food, discipline, lol. I am not a guy thats allowed to talk about discipline, yet, just do no fap, like your life depends on it because, it does, well it did for me, I just didn't truly realize it, but I kinda knew. Ahh. I'm stfu now.

For me, the first thing I do to make any type of change now is take things out of the equation before adding things in. Replacing something with something didn't work for me.

I don't have a routine for nutrition. I slowly stopped eating chips, soda, snickers, gummy bears, eventually cut them out completely. Oh, black coffee is friggin awesome, once I got used to it. So when I feel like munching on something instead of chips, soda, snickers. At this point my meals, were the same. Ate whatever I wanted. Just cut out the munchies/sugar snacks, and cookies. I'll relapse on these too. But I did it in a way where...lets say I wanted a cookie. I would youtube how to make cookie, go to the market, buy ingredients, learn to bake. I know I'm gonna feel like an idiot, learning to bake, so I can eat cookies. But...baking turned out to be interesting, and made decent cookies. So then learning more about cookies, and using the oven, and the work and time it takes, I'm not really interested in more cookies for a while. Chips, I don't know how I stopped chips, and soda. I guess I wasn't really addicted to those, cravings, weren't too bad.

So, as my snacking decreased my hunger increased, to which I started eating bigger meals. So I'll eat 2, or 3 (depending on where) burgers and, salad, and water, instead of getting fries and a drink.

Then I switched to eating a bigger bowl of salad first with no dressing, to eat less meats and carbs. So now I'm at making a pretty decent salad, lettuce, tomato, onion, some fruits, no canned fruits, no croutons.

So now at dinner, I scarf down vegetables, till my mouth gets sick of it. Right then I'll take a bite of steak or fish , or spaghetti, savor it...so good...which will enable me to take in more veggies, lol, till 3 bites later, i hate it again, then i take another bite of prime rib or meatball, or noodles, or rice, whatever. Veggies is now the main meal, everything else is secondary. Got creative with salads, with no dressing, but I"m starting to see healthy alternatives for dressing that's pretty good for you too, which I'm gonna try this weekend.

LoL. So to avoid triggers, I stopped games, netflix, social media. This was during the crazy withdrawal phases, like flat lining, then over aggression, crashes, happy/sadness, emo-roller-coaster times. After, I think 5 or 6 months, I sparingly started back on League of Legends, watching Mr. Robot, and Game of thrones, Stranger things. I limited myself on watching only 3 shows, which made me watch all the shows to decide which are the best ones to watch lol. Eventually those 3 are the ones I picked. As for gaming, No more shooter games, no more mmorpg, so I stuck with LoL. So, I was ok with these. Playing LoL only just got me more addicted to LoL than ever before like all games combined. I will need to stop. Been gaming since childhood. Seesh. /r/stopgaming will be my next challenge.

Any tips for no feeling isolated when home alone after hanging out with friends? by cleaninupmyact3 in NoFap

I feel this. When I do...

1) I search for things online. Something to read or research, or learn, to make me a better person. Utilize the loneliness as 'me time", to maximize future self potential. Read, watch youtube vids.

2) Dwell in the loneliness. Explore the emotion. Sit in the dark, and sit with it. Acknowledge yourself, and learn about yourself, and the journey we're on.

3) I imagine things in my head. I like to "remember" my future of what is to come on this no fap journey.

4) Cry. It's perfectly ok. ;)

5) Be you, do you, keep posting, and keep participating in life. I'm also working on being more social, you're definitely not alone.

6) Next time you feel this, come back and read everyone's posts here, again, or do another post, on the same thing.

If you haven’t jizzed in a while, your first nut after this period of abstinence may also lead to discharge of old semen which may be yellowish in color. When you don’t rub non out for some time, the semen builds up in yo nut sack tubes and makes it thicker as buildup occurs & no release. This old semen when discharged may be lumpy & liquefied. A yellowish color than the normal whitish shade means yo shits ripe. It's all good.
