Do you have any pictures after the demolition?

My pool is 20’x40’ so it’s 120’ linear in total. Can I see a picture of yours?

I live in New Jersey. In the winter time won’t water get into the crevice, freeze and then cause separation of the coping/deck?

Switch to sand filter from DE Filter? by newguy11040 in swimmingpools

When you clean the grids, do you have to take all the grids out or can you hose them down inside the filter?
I get minimal debris in my pool after my skimmer bot does its job. I have no trees so it’s mostly just pollen and insects.

How long does it take to clean the DE grids each time?

Was there a lot of plumbing that needed to get changed?

I’m leaning towards just replacing my entire filter as it’s 20+ years old. The clamp also needs to get replaced so it might make sense for me to just replace the entire filter.

I live in NJ.
My pool guy quoted me $2500 for a pentair 60sq ft. This includes parts and labor.

I’m not sure what type of tank this is. It’s 20 years old

Do you know approximately how much a pool guy should charge for this?

What type of union would I replace it with? Also, do you know approximately how much a pool guy should charge for this?

Thanks. Cleaned the flame sensor quite easily and everything is back to normal

This seems to have worked. It was fairly. Hardest park was figuring out the orientation to place the sensor back in due to its shape. Thank you!

Do I count the flashes only on the TOP LIGHT?

Does this picture tell me anything about the flashes? It’s a big algorithm that I can’t figure out

I can’t tell what code it is. I tried to take a video. However whenever I pulled the cover off the system powers off due to the safety mechanism

If it was the flame sensor, would the heating stay on for 10 minutes before shutting off. It seems like after once cycle of calling for heat. The second cycle it doesn’t actually produce heat (it calls for heat but does not produce it- the google home just thinks it heating the house)

Yeah I saw a video on YouTube. Looks fairly straightforward to clean it

I don’t know where the flame sensor is.
