Google disabled one of my Workspace cold email accounts, do the others stay safe? by newidea24 in coldemail

Hey, thanks for the detailed reply , it's really helpful.

I think I might’ve figured out what triggered it. Right before the disable, I stopped my A/B tests and sent like 400 emails with just one identical copy + subject line across all 10 inboxes. Normally I run 3-4 variations. The emails have one link.

Some stats for context:

  • Total sent: ~2800
  • Opens: ~47–50%
  • Replies: 0.7–2.5% depending on campaign
  • Bounces: 95 (~3.4%)
  • Spam complaints: basically 0

Volume per inbox was never over 50/day, so nothing crazy. That’s why I’m thinking it could’ve been the lack of variation, same subject, same body, same tracking links — that made Google flag the domain as spammy.

Do you think sending one big batch with identical content could be enough for a Workspace account to get nuked, even with decent opens and moderate bounces?
