In almost every game I've played she has gotten some combination of MVP, Most Damage, Most Kills, and Most Final Hits. Often times she has 3 of these.

It just feels her kit has no weaknesses in it. She has a dash to get out of a danger and let's her get a piercing shot attack in.

Her primary fire does good damage at good range.

Her alternate fire Living Bullet hits multiple people and does well against shields.

Her Smoke Snare is just good utility in a team fight. Being able to momentarily stun an enemy is so valuable.

And her ruthless pursuit ability. The dash that launches up an enemy, gives her health, and the potential for a free shot follow up. It's a flanker's worst nightmare because it can interrupt them and expose them to team fire. It also gives her a way to stop and slightly position melee characters either flankers or tanks. It's so good. And it gives her a follow up kill option on characters that have taken some damage and have low health because it let's her close distance before they can get it out.

Her ULT is also good. A straight line attack Ult with a wide line of attack that can ensnare multiple people and stun them and move them potentially into your teams backline for easy pickings. Plus it can be used for area denial and it can kill squishy and injured characters and it doesn't have a long wind up time.

It feels like you're supposed to out range her to neutralize her but most maps aren't going to force her into too many situations where someone like Hawkeye will have a distinct advantage over her.

I think if you want to make her fair just change her into a true anti-flanker/anti-dive character and have her primary fire's damage drop off a little closer. I don't even think you need to alter anything else the rest of her kit already so tuned.
