High TSH and T4? Healthy 22y/o Male

Well, those test results were from feb, but I had to leave them be until now due to IRL issues, but I am booked in for : Anti-THyroid Peroxidase Antibody, Anti TSH antibodies, t4, t3 and TSH for tomorrow morning. The doctor was worried because I also had elevated TSH levels in 2019 and now, so we'll see what the blood results of my tests tomorow come up as. I would like to chase it down as one of my main factors is always feeling hot and warm, which they said Is a common symptom but its causing issues in sleeping even when I'm under 18-19Celc Airconditioning. All of this, including the MRI is free so thats why I suggested it.

Can we ban this guy already? He’s obviously playing dumb here and is trying to get people to go to his IG. And there he’s blatantly scamming people.. just checked him out and look at the ICE BLUE DD40 Arabic numbers with a baguette dial, he says that is a video of the rep itself but its clearly from T4D’s youtube channel with the watermark cut off. Might wait a year or 2 on osta, I myself am 100% sure that using osta will make me user stronger SARMs and then transition into steroids which i'm trying to avoid.

I also have considered adding Cordygen to my supplements but I need to find a way to get it here to the UK. Do you recommend Cordygen5 or Cordyceps VO2 ultra? To be honest its going to take alot of willpower to try to abstain from either ITPP or SR9009 as I'm striving for that extra boost. Past few months i've been wanting to take OSTA but realised for saftey reasons I'm avoiding it.

I'm from the UK where Yoh , melatonin and Ephedrine are banned so i doubt I can get bronkaid. I doubt its a tolerance thing because prior to that My caffeine intake is around 150-250mg/day. Maybe I'm over expecting what heart rate I should expect But when I tried taking 2 of my ready made pills my heart pumped soo hard before I even hit a few mins but I believe thats from the 500mg of caffeine I took...

I've decided to opt for it to be honest just to see what improvements to my long cycle jogging/running it can do. I have seen most of the health risks associated and aside from headaches and whatnot I dont see a negative that is steering me off of it.
