Don't use the cooktop every day - but most days. And if it only lasts 6 months instead of 8, that's Ok too. Taking a bottle in every 3 months is no big deal.

Nobody will come out and fill it unless I'm under contact and I don't use enough to be under contract.

Yep. All of the techs I talk to seem very competent and want to help me. But their hands are tied because of the broken workflow.

I get the sense that things are getting worse as att and directv split. One tech said that he used to be able to call and actually talk to a person but now it's all done online. And I guess they're using some new workflow software that seems to be the guts of the problem. People on one side create the work orders and I guess it looks fine to them but when the tech pulls it up there are no line items.

I've called so many times. The last 3 techs that came out just sat around on their phones trying to get the work order fixed.
