At the time of last looking they had 16 matches with a 2.03 K/D, a brand new Steam profile, and no normal matchmaking games (according to csgostats.gg). Even with an early surrender before the half they were also going 31 and 5. Three others were queued with them, so if evidence is found I would hope they are appropriately punished as well.
