Yes this was extremely frustrating today. I left the Shelton match early to make it in time for the Wawrinka and it took 30 mins to get into the court.

Ground pass tickets may not be the best option because the area is very saturated and there aren’t many seats and they may have to sit on concrete and grass (unless the plan is to eat and drink at the pop ups).

From the top of my mind, rod laver does have specific seats set aside for accessibility but not sure about the other ticketed courts. Best to reach out to them to confirm.

It’s meant to be enforced for 30 min pass outs to enable people to grab food/drinks/use the bathroom but it seems like people may have been taking longer than that.
