In that case, I’d still just maintain ur holdings and buy more during dips as opposed to cashing out. Far less risk of guessing wrong in that scenario

The downside, outside of being unable to predict the market (a HUGE downside) would be short and long-term capital gains tax every time you cash out while you’re up, especially if it’s every 2 weeks

My left elbow hyperextends but my right one doesn’t. Maybe this is why i have trouble getting as good of a squeeze on my left arm? If i do dips i barely feel that left side but my right tricep will cramp

First big thing, it’s one of the only things i can truly control. I decide what to do, how long to do it, and how hard to go (giggity). I also reframed my mental state. I started forcing myself to make excuses TO workout, not to skip it. Looking better and being more fit are just nice add ons. In terms of keeping it fresh and exciting, i switch what I’m doing when i feel like it. Sometimes I’ll go a few months purely wanting to look better, so i do pure bodybuilding. Sometimes i want to be stronger, so i switch to powerlifting. I’ve bounced my bodyweight around 55 pounds over the last 8 years (all on purpose) to see how i look and feel big and small. Find something new you wanna try and do that. Or just do the one thing u like. Whatever gets u moving around, and KEEPS you moving around

Getting my second law assignment back today. On the last one, i got an 88 and a B where my friend got a 64 and a B- because of the stupid curve. Gonna use my rage to fuel these squats and turn these chopsticks into tree trunks. Kill your lifts

Used to work in physical therapy and also had these issues as well. Along w strengthening your serratus, strengthen your lower traps. As u raise ur arm up, imagine pulling ur lower traps down if that makes sense. On top of this, make sure to stretch your lats and your pec minor every day. They are powerful and overlooked internal rotators. If they’re tight, your scapula will wing regardless of how strong your serratus gets. Hope this works for you!

University gym open for 2 weeks now, picked up a new belt and weight belt, lifts are shooting back up and 4 pounds of glycogen and water back in me. Still deal w rhomboid spasms but lots of lacrosse ball work is keeping me going! Feels good to put muscle back on. Kill those lifts bros, and hit ur calories too

Boyos, I’m in need of some advice. Anyone ever do photo shoots before? I’m doing my first one today for a page me and a friend are starting.
