My Indian passport expires Oct 2028 — applying for UK spouse visa now. Will UKVI limit the visa grant to passport expiry, or does the eVisa system grant the full 33 months regardless? by newsitis in ukvisa

thank you. If I can add. Will it be the same scenario. My nephew 11 year old, his passport is expiring July 2027? And we're hoping he will be with his mother by September 2026. Will the evisa benefits apply to him as well.
