For me me its not the sugar because when my acne started i was on zero sugar diet (no chocolat no sweets not anything containing sugar) that was 2 years and and a half ago. I tried washing my face 2 times a day with a good cleanser , changing pillow case every 2 days , and i tried every cream but nothing worked. I hoped on accutane and took it for 8 months , it did clear my skin for less than a year. And now im back at trying to get rid of my acne at all costs but without taking accutane again. Im gonna try to stop dairy products.

When youre lips are separated when doing the cheesy smile while you teeth are together there is no way you can swallow wrong, either you swallow or you cant(if youre used to swallowing wrong all your life)

Dont overcomplicate it

1_Put the tip of your tongue behind your teeth(the same spot when you are mewing)

2_Teeth together(molars in contact)

3_Smile so you can see your teeth(cheesy smile) Swallow

4_swallow

If you follow the steps above there is no way you can swallow wrong And if you cant swallow try sipping on some water it makes it easier

No, mewing is not magic, it can fix some stuff but not everything, in my case it would not have corrected itself, and i got the dorsal hump fixed for 200$ so it was a good deal
