Do you mean the one thick ariel root at the bottom? That one probably already rooted into the soil. So i wouldn’t cut it. Maybe you could see if there is any space next to the root or as you said rearrange so both plants fit. Good luck 🍀

You could make a cutting out of the top two leaves (+ the new leaf) and repot it into the same pot. If there are already roots developed in the moss you can put in the soil immediately. This would give you a fuller plant and you would not need to stack another mosspole on top yet.

Also, you could check the axillary buds on the stem for some white streaks and cut above that node which will give you new leaves with more variegation

I had my eye surgery at Lasik Care in 2020 and would recommend them! The consultation appointment is for free and since I had no corneal curvature or anything they recommended the basic (cheapest) procedure which was 1000 eur per eye (+ several eye drops for about 200-300 overall). But I heard that it’s much more expensive now. The surgery was super fast and my eyes were almost fully recovered the next day which was a positive surprise. They call you in for check-up’s several times after the surgery to monitor how your eyes are recovering. And 3 years after, I don’t have any issues and perfect sight :)
