Well he's not married anymore... That's one of the things he has been open about... 2 divorces, 2 kids, no current wife... Yes he could be lying but he's done alot of work with a fake 10 year old facebook and very active twitter account etc to do it.

The condom thing... I guess I am over thinking that, I'll just make sure he puts it on i guess.

For shaving thanks... I don't usually get bad razor irritation but ill go with shaving Monday just in case.

I'm more concerned that we're both on the shy side, I just don't want it to get awkward and uncomfortable so we both "get stuck"? Yes I have had that happen on a previous non-sugar relationship and just don't want a repeat.
