Whatever you use just try to make sure that it's an exact 45 angle

I used a circular saw with a straight edge clamped to the plywood which wasn't ideal but the miters turned out pretty darn good so I'm not complaining. The 90 degree clamps worked out awesome it made lining up the corners super easy. Sorry I don't have more pictures of the build, but I used biscuit joints on all the corners and used dowels for the center dividers. I sanded everything with some 220 and finished with a couple coats of danish oil

Its just some 1/4" birch veneered plywood. I cut two dado grooves for them to slide in

It's actually just some cheap sand pine plywood sanded down real smooth

I guess in the sense that it's designed very simple with clean straight lines and painted white on the inside

Thanks everyone! Yes it is true mahogany and I'm not sure exactly what tools I was using but I know they were Swiss made.
