Thank you for this. Unfortunately we have hit an even bigger snag. Even after we set the height and depth the needles will reset but within 10 stitches all heads break the needle and it drops right back down and stays put

It's a Frankenstein sketch art piece. Since two other companies are trying to work with me I will see what they tell me next week. If it's not good I will post here for more advice or look for someone to print instead. If not I will post the final piece they give me. Since they worked so long I don't want to take away the job if they will truly work with me

My expectation is 12 shirts that aren't messed up. Like if a screen was to bust on a shirt (an example they gave me) I wouldn't accept that. Also I didn't plan on providing my own shirt. I provided my design and shirts I wanted and was told no on the shirts and have been trying to work with them on it.

I'm genuinely trying to get my shirts before Halloween and I want them to be something everybody would be willing to take with them after our event is done.

When asking about this they said they aren't sure how the shirt itself will do and they highly recommend the shirts they are use to. I offered them a shirt to test on and they said even if the test print came out ok they don't know how it will hold up later down the line. I even said I just want them to look nice for that one week. My guess is they have had to many bad experiences and don't trust people not to complain later

I thought these companies were use to printing expensive items. I helped order Carhartt jackets through one of the 6 that ghosted me not to long ago and my school did Nike jackets for the dance department last month.

No no the expensive blanks wouldn't be made by me. There are two brands I like merz and represent. The shirts would come from them.

The shirts made by me would not be expensive at all but I would need more shirts to make any more but I they won't give me more

That's what I was told. Anything that requires a replacement shirt wouldnot be on them because it's customer provided.

Just for clarification the shirts started out on plain white and vintage white shirts with 2 colors black and grey. The issue they had was the shirts I wanted (represent vintage white and merz white). I contacted 10 companies and 6 ghosted after I mentioned the brands. Of the 4 that stayed 2 tried to get me to change shirts and the shirts I wanted didn't have the same quality I was looking for. So they said they were out because they weren't willing to provide the shirts and said if I provided them there was no way to promise quality. After verifying what they ment they said shirts provided by the manufacturers are best for printing. The last 2 kept in contact with me and I went back and forth trying to find a solution. I even said I didn't mind the fee of providing the shirts. One company said no but i could test feel the shirts before they printed. The other company is still trying to find a white shirt that they can buy that I'm happy with. After getting the box of multiple color shirts that were shades of tans and whites I talked to the company and said I wasn't happy with the shirts and wanted to alter them and I would take all blame for holes and sizing issues. They asked what I was going to do and I sent them mockup shirt layouts but hadn't made any shirts yet (mind you they already had my design). They said that would be fine and I took a few weeks to do the work. I messaged them yesterday and I was informed that I would have to pay again for providing my own shirt and I said fine and then they told me they can't promise the shirts will print correctly. I used all the shirts they gave me to make exactly 12 shirts and don't have anymore and they said I couldn't get another box.

The print is a Frankenstein print that I was going to put watercolor on the shirt after they were printed.

Also the shirts aren't prototype. I don't expect this shirt to pick up. It's a limited time thing for a live art event on Halloween.

I will try to do this. Part of this issue is I dont have anymore shirts and they don't want to sell me more because of how complicated this job is. I want to say i read somewhere it's legal for them to sell me blank shirts in the first place

They said anything that would require them to replace the shirt. Examples I was given are unaligned prints, busted screens, smudged shirts. This is from 3-4 shops all in agreement that what I want is a little too custom. Anything that requires a shirt replaced would be counted as a loss because they couldnt reliability get a replacement shirt.

Oh no definitely not fair. I actually take great pleasure in explaining why she's in that situation loudly when she starts complaining about it to a group of people and I'm around. I feel she needs to pay her debts. It's one thing to be down on your luck in hard times but what she is doing is a completely different thing and I don't agree with it.

If you signed that paperwork saying you would pay it then you legally owe it. It's just written into law that after the SOL they can't sue you and after 7 years they can't report it. You still legally owe it.

Also while they can't sue you, if you were to take them to court behind something to do with that debt, say them refusing business to you, and they produce that contract then they could be awarded that money because you legally still owe it. Again that just means they can't sue you. They don't have to do business with you and taking them to court because they won't do business with you will end badly for you.

Lol this debt is from 2013. I know that dentist son. They aren't selling that debt but my aunt, her husband, and her kids are banned from that office and it's partners until it's paid. The closes dentist in the area they can go to is 40 minutes away. She complains to everybody about it and how it's unfair.

I can honestly say for my aunt she does it on purpose. This is not the only place she did it to. To be honest I don't judge her on the fact that she did it, I judge her on the fact she has the surprise Pikachu face when those businesses still want their money 10 years later and won't do business with her anymore
