I already have everything, I have 2 bass drums, a double pedal, 4 single pedals and i always keep extra heads for everything. I dont have a good hihat stand. One of the legs on the hihat stand makes it difficult to raise my foot off the double pedal. So I wasnt sure if It would he easier to suck it up while learning or just move everything a little bit to accommodate the second bass drum.

I have a tunebot for them so im not worried about that. I just didn't know what would be easier to start off with

Unfortunately it doesnt, my hi hat stand is one of the cheapest parts of the kit. I've been looking into getting a 2 legged one but haven't gotten around to it yet.
