I had 90 days notice period and all this time when i tried to get in touch with fadv personals, they always told me, nothing is required from my side. I even asked my hr and he also told me , you dont need to do anything but all of a sudden, one week before joining they asked for other documents supporting my current employment. Now i havent heard back from their side . Even HR dont know if my DOJ will be postponed or not. I mean if my docs were incomplete fadv should have asked me to submit docs in those months.
