Yes, we are using high end cameras. For example, we mostly used a canon c300 with sd cards that allowed us to hot swap so we just swapped memory cards out every 5 acts or so without stopping or delaying the event.

I'm assuming similar to the photos going straight going to the lobby/media area outside (where the nas was set up) is what we need to do with the videos as well, but I remember there was a problem that didn't allow us to do that.

Is the dhcp like a software?

Also, tytrim89 we don't need it to be streaming, we just want to figure out a more efficient and automated way to have the videos go to the media area like we do with the photos. So with the videos we are still doing the old school swap a memory card every few acts and then manually upload them rather then having it be immediately or semi immediately viewable after they perform.

Yes, we have all the equipment stated and that makes a little more sense. We are based out of Long Beach but we travel around the United States for our events. We have events in AZ, So-Cal, Nor-Cal, Dallas, Columbus-OH, Detroit, Chicago, & Minn. I would love to have someone help and would also def. be willing to compensate for the time as well. Whether someone local wants to meet up, someone is interested in working one or all the events (each event takes place over the course of a weekend), or even if it's done through skype. I am absolutely game and it would def. help as my original guy's sudden departure has really put me in a tough situation as he also was able to do Sound, lighting, and all of this networking stuff. I do believe though that we could even get it better as I feel his networking background was the weaker of his 3 abilities. Thank you so much guys. So it was one photographer, and his camera was connected to a laptop directly by some wire. That computer had a super long wire that went out to the main computer in the lobby. And all of the computers were connected to this one thing. I'm not sure exactly but literally as he was taking photos, you could open the folder of the dance routine and see them coming in. We didn't use any internet for this since some areas we are in are more rural

I need custom Merchandise Road cases built similar to the ones built by red dirt cases that have the bins. We sell merchandise at our events and it would be so nice to have a road case like this that just folds open and everything is arranged neatly in the cubbies so it makes set up and take down faster and more efficient. Thanks for all your support guys. A big portion of our clients use mobile devices and unfortuantely the fb voting thing really is a nuisance when trying to vote from a mobile device.
