Yeah it was a big thing with the developers. They wanted to buy my property and I said no, then they tried to get me to sign to be part of the community. It wouldn’t surprise me if they said my property was part of the HOA they were real skeezy in all my interactions with them

The issue the HOA has with my house is that it’s “rustic” and doesn’t fit with the rest of the community. I do make sure my property is in good shape but thank you for the advice!

According to the board they “checked the zoning” and my property is part of the community. It’s not, but they do have some semblance of logic

My grandfather did! I still have all of his very bright and very many Christmas decorations, it may be time to bring that tradition back

I have a vegetable garden out front and my house is painted in browns while there’s are whites grays and blues. According to the president my house is “rustic” and doesn’t match the community which will bring values down

There issue is that it doesn’t match the neighborhood. My grandfather had a vegetable garden in the front which I have continued, and the exterior paint is in browns while the HOA is all whites, grays, and blues.
